KERRY S. BUCKLIN, Principal

For three decades, Kerry's practice has included a particular emphasis on developers (declarants) of condominium projects including new construction high-rise and mid-rise projects  and the conversion existing buildings. Recently, many of these projects have involved mixed-uses including retail with office or apartments above. Currently, the more traditional  “residential” condominiums comprised of individual dwellings are on the rise.

Kerry also has extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions representing developers, including tying up the property, forming and structuring the development entity to address economic, tax and liability protection issues, drafting syndication documents, and negotiating loan documents, leases and purchase and sale agreements. He utilizes his natural proclivity for finding creative solutions to complex problems that make the most efficient and effective use of everyone's resources.
